Established as a small entity in summer 1989 by an Abu Dhabi based prominent businessman in a small rented place, we have grown exponentially and at current we are proudly managing US$ 5 billion investments in different sectors. We have a solid individual and institutional investors spanning over different sectors such as construction, healthcare, real estate, energy and e-commerce. We have positioned ourselves with certain competitive advantages which includes drawing investments from a diversified shareholder base belonging to region’s most vibrant institutions and individual investors and inducting capable, rich in international experience and industry-specific experts on board.

Our strategic unit dealing investments in private equity, identify and acquire strategic stakes in high return, fast growing and performing disregarding economic cycle companies. Similarly, our strategic unit dealing in private debt, focus on the provision of capital to those companies which have an appetite for regional growth and expansion but lacks resources impeding to pursue their ambitious plans. We also support buy-outs by providing finance to global and regional investment firms and partner in their growth and expansion objectives.

We have partnered with several real estate companies, to develop iconic estates to cater Gulf’s increasingly affluent customer class. Our strategic unit dealing with real estate development, supports companies developing commercial as well residential properties across the gulf and thus enabling real estate development companies in meeting the growing consumer demands.
